Magnesium Citrate/Malate

Magnesium activates the enzymes necessary for a large number of physiological functions, including neuromuscular contractions, cardiac function, and the regulation of the pH balance in the body. Magnesium also helps utilize some vitamins, including Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E. Magnesium citrate/malate is one of the easier forms of magnesium to metabolize.
